1 Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how phw8n ("phw8n", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information relating to individuals ("you", "your", "Player", "User") who access or use the phw8n online gaming platform available at phw8n.cam and through the official phw8n mobile application (together, the "Platform").

• Responsible gaming: To monitor for signs of problem gambling behaviour in accordance with phw8n's responsible gaming obligations, and to apply player-requested restrictions such as deposit limits or self-exclusion.

6 Legal Basis for Processing

phw8n processes your personal data on the following legal bases as recognised under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to enter into or perform the contract between you and phw8n — including account registration, payment processing, and game delivery.

9 Data Retention

phw8n retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations. The following retention guidelines apply:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with Philippine AML record-keeping requirements.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction.

• Password hashing using industry-standard one-way cryptographic algorithms — phw8n staff cannot read your password;

12 Minors & Age Policy

The phw8n Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. phw8n does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If phw8n becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. Any funds deposited by an underage individual will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any losses incurred, in accordance with phw8n's Terms and Conditions.

13 International Data Transfers

phw8n's primary operations are based in the Philippines and personal data is processed predominantly within the country. Where phw8n uses service providers located in other jurisdictions — such as cloud infrastructure or technical support providers — personal data may be transferred outside the Philippines.

Any such transfers are conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules, including ensuring that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place with receiving parties. phw8n will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without first implementing appropriate safeguard mechanisms.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

phw8n reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect the way phw8n processes your personal data or your rights in relation to it — phw8n will notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the phw8n Platform following notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
