1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phw8n ("phw8n", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the phw8n online gaming platform, available at phw8n.cam and through the official phw8n mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using the phw8n Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the phw8n Platform and must not register an account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the phw8n Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the overall agreement between you and phw8n.

2 Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

phw8n reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The phw8n Platform is intended for use by individuals located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phw8n complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. phw8n makes no representation that the Platform is available or suitable for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a phw8n account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. phw8n reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts where information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one phw8n account. Registering multiple accounts — for any reason, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses — is strictly prohibited. phw8n will close all duplicate accounts and reserves the right to confiscate any funds held within them.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phw8n account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. phw8n will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

phw8n operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification and other documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Verification is typically required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. phw8n may withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months or more. phw8n reserves the right to apply an administrative fee on dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified in advance of any such charges via their registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phw8n accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via e-wallet are typically credited to your phw8n wallet instantly. phw8n does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply transaction charges independently.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using a payment account belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phw8n aims to process withdrawals to GCash and Maya within five (5) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals typically process within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes, subject to the receiving institution's processing times.

phw8n reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the phw8n Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phw8n is not responsible for currency conversion charges that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers provided by phw8n are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms applicable to each promotion before accepting any offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry periods vary by promotion and will be stated clearly in each offer's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phw8n employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes, without limitation: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures; and any other conduct designed to exploit promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Where bonus abuse is identified, phw8n reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void related winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

phw8n offers a range of games including live dealer casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, fishing games, and e-sabong. Game availability may vary based on your location and applicable regulations. phw8n reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or add games to the Platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption during gameplay, phw8n's decision regarding the outcome of the affected round shall be final. Where a malfunction renders a game outcome void, any bets placed will be returned to the player's account. Winnings generated through a technical error or malfunction will not be honoured and phw8n shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such events.

6.3 Bet Limits

All games on phw8n are subject to minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within each game. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will not be accepted and will be returned to the player's wallet. phw8n reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets are governed by specific rules relating to event cancellations, walkovers, postponements, and rule changes. Where an event covered by a phw8n sports betting market is cancelled or cannot be completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event type, which are available within the betting interface.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phw8n Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage through collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or payment fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any software or system underlying the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phw8n staff or other players via any communication channel on the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain.

phw8n reserves the right to take immediate action upon identification of prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent closure, and reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phw8n Platform — including but not limited to the phw8n brand name and logo, game software and graphics, website design, text, imagery, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of phw8n or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phw8n Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. No licence is granted to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any phw8n content without prior written authorisation from phw8n.

9 Privacy & Data

phw8n collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phw8n Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

phw8n implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and phw8n cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phw8n, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phw8n Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence, or reliance on any information provided on the Platform.

phw8n does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or factors outside phw8n's reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, and acts of government — may result in temporary service interruptions. phw8n will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruptions and communicate maintenance windows in advance where possible.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by phw8n

phw8n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a player is found to have breached these Terms; phw8n suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; a player fails to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or a player is found to be underage.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your phw8n account at any time by contacting the phw8n support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and satisfactory KYC verification.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether by you or by phw8n — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution provisions, shall remain in full force and effect.

12 Dispute Resolution

All game outcomes generated by certified RNG software or live dealer procedures are considered final in the absence of demonstrable technical error.

13 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of phw8n to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phw8n with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
